Our Team

Graham Leach is the Dean of the Inventor Academy, bringing 20+ years of educational experience at the post-secondary, Undergraduate and Graduate levels. He is very good at project scoping, project planning, project management and putting together high-quality teams. Trained by the best in the business, Graham is an alumni of several Fortune 500 companies (IBM, Microsoft) and this background has moulded him into a person with high standards, a great network of contacts and a finely honed set of analytical, coaching, troubleshooting and development skills. Over twenty years of teaching people has also given Graham a keen appreciation for the role of Children and Youth in our society as leaders of the future.



Herman Ngai is the Lead Instructor and Designer of the Inventor Academy. He is a graduate of PolyU School of Design with an MSc in Multimedia & Entertainment Technologies (MET). A prolific designer, Herman has created an entire series of assistive technologies for the disabled. Highly service oriented, Herman enjoys teaching people of all ages and is fully trilingual (English, Cantonese, Putonghua). A native of Hong Kong, Herman brings a local flavor to our international team.
